There was a price reduction of $750 that the dealership did not honor and we purchased the car with the free guaranteed warranty which we all know is not free it was already included in the price of the vehicle. The salesman gave us a wonderful speech on how they are number one in sales according to Car Guru rating and Guaranteed AutoMaxx make sure that their vehicles are safe and sound before the customer take them off the lot. The very next day after purchasing the vehicle I took the vehicle to a certified Mercedes Benz mechanic and there was several plus thousand dollars of repair that had to be performed to the vehicle. As long term Mercedes-Benz buyers we understand that there will be certain problems that need to be corrected once you purchase a used vehicle however the B package light came on and that was something that the dealer did not want to include or I should say they did not include in the purchase price. Even though we realize as a customer the vehicle was purchased AS IS per the contract making it our responsibility to repair any unseen issues of any sort such as safety features, mechanical issues and electrical issues. However the Guaranteed AutoMaxx sales men assured us the vehicle was mechically sound and had recently been inspected. I placed a call to the dealer and explain the next day the very next day we had all of these safety issues which were mechanically inclined. I was asked to send them a copy of the mechanics appraisal report for the vehicle, which we did. It has been over a week ago no one has return my call. I went to pick up the title ( no lien) for the vehicle on Friday 10/20/17. No one had returned a call to me and no one said anything to me when I picked up the title on Friday. After picking up the title on Friday I proceeded to the DMV the next day (Saturday) to register my vehicle. I spent an hour and 45 minutes at DMV to find out that the vehicle had not had an emissions performed on it for over a year. I could not register the vehicle until I went to get any emissions performed. This is interesting to me since the dealership itself is in the same county that I live in which requires emissions. From my buying perspective this dealership Guaranteed AutoMaxx is just out looking to make an easy buck at the customer's expense. We were expecting at least $400 of repair for the B package (16 days past its B inspection). It is clear to me that purchasing a used vehicle of any make or model at this dealership is not a good idea. This dealership speaks of quality service under the vail of CarGurus rating however there is no moral character and or quality vehicle. If any future unsuspecting trusting customers can learn anything from my purchasing experience please proceed with Extreme Caution and take the time beforehand to have a Certified mechanic do a pre-inspection this could save you thousands of dollars. I am 100% sure I will never do business with Guaranteed AutoMaxx again. "
