They had sent their only dealer plate home with the mechanic. They said I could "take it for a buzz in the parking lot." Then they said, knowing that I drove three hours, that I could "come back tomorrow." Then we start talking numbers. I had a coupon from their website that they wouldn't honor because it was a wholesale vehicle - whatever that means. Every car on their lot is used. Lastly, talking numbers I asked for an additional $93 off (to make it a nice even number) and a tank of gas. They said no. The manager, Justin, said the owner gave explicit instructions not to negotiate on the truck. I asked him if he could call the owner and he said no. They lost a sale over $93 and a tank of gas. Just as well, because without a test drive I was not comfortable anyway. Nice truck, lousy dealership. Won't go there again, and won't recommend. "
