They did not actually respond to what I inquired about, even after I sent in for a preapproval on one car as well. Still visited the dealer though as I was very interested in one vehicle, and was also going to be buying a car with cash for a family member besides that. However, when I got there, I felt the person I dealt with, Kent, was very unhelpful. He refused to budge on anything, but what bothered me most was that he acted like I was insane for wanting to negotiate even a little, and acted like he didn't care or want to earn my business, and was very condescending. When I pointed out a minor thing that didn’t work on the car he looked surprised like he didn't know which made me wonder what else they didn't know or check on the car. He then brusquely stated that I could get it fixed if I got the warranty. Needless to say, I walked away from that dealership and will not be going there again. It's a shame they didn't take me seriously and lost my business. Will not be recommending to anyone."

New sales rep, we went for a test drive in a car that had all ready been sold to another person. We found this out when we returned, we would have bought the car, but no luck. Other sales reps did make other suggestions, which was nice to see them helping each other out. We really had our heart set on the Acadia, and there were not others there in our price range. The staff was nice, and we did see a lot of cars."
