2009 Pontiac G5 GT Review
by Mike

Pretty nice for my second car

small, pretty quick, good on gas, sounds nice (exhaust and pioneer system). Fully loaded, all black leather, Mods soon to come. Started with small red dome lights, hopefully red interior neon to compliment the awesome performance red tintcoat paint job.

Avg. Dealer Rating: (2 reviews) "I would not buy a car a from here. I saw a listing on CarGuru’s for a car at this dealership. I called ahead, spoke with a salesman there and asked if the car was still available and it was. I said I was going to take a drive out from Boston to go see it. I got out there, took the car for a long test drive at various speeds. It rode pretty well, no noises etc just smelled like a smokers car. I decided to buy it, and the salesman who I spoke with on the phone said he didn’t have the title yet. I asked why he didn’t mention this when he called ahead, he didn’t have an answer. What he did tell me was he was happy to deliver the car to me in Boston in a few days and in that time wash the car, vacuum, and clean it out to get rid of the smoke smell. I met the same salesman near Boston a few days later to pick up the car and complete the transaction. I go out the check out the car, the car is filthy, not cleaned, and still smelled like smoke. He said “he didn’t remember me asking for them to clean it.” Then when completing paperwork, because my insurance is Geico, I had to get a copy of the paperwork signed by my insurance. The salesman said he’d wait while I ran across the street to the library to print out the forms with the signature from Geico. I come back, he’s gone. I called and he said he didn’t realize he was supposed to stay (though it was clear he was going to) – then he told me “he gave me authorization to sign on the dealer’s behalf.” Just took off. I get into the car for the first time, tire pressure light is on. I go back out the car hours later, it’s nearly flat. I drive to get gas, the car is lightly shaking and making a throbbing sound. I fill up the tire, park it at my place again. The next day I come out, tire is nearly flat again. I fill it up, and get on the highway and the car is loudly shaking and the steering wheel chattering. I drive it to a garage immediately. They looked at the car and said all the tires are no good, that they are all cupped. I said it didn’t feel like this at all when I test drove it, and seeing the car hard a tire leaking so fast there was no way they were on the car originally, it looks like the dealer put on bad tires before they dropped it off for me. I had to pay for four new tires. I get new tires and then go to get an inspection sticker, and the garage tells me I have two broken front coil springs. I call the salesman at the dealership I dealt with furious and they said they didn’t know that about the car and I could bring it back and “they would fix it when they can”. I said they didn’t trust them after this entire experience. I mentioned the tire issue but didn’t expect them to pay for them, but I did say that I was going to get the car repaired somewhere else and I wanted them to foot the bill and they could deal with the garage. The said “nope” and hung up the phone. When I called back they didn’t answer. "
