Avg. Dealer Rating: (43 reviews) "BEWARE!! HIGHLY MISREPRESENTED!! The photo in the listing is a stock photo and NOT THE ACTUAL VEHICLE!! I made contact via CarGurus. I received a timely and courteous response - the only positive about my experience. After a few exchanges with "AJ" confirming that the vehicle was still available, I requested and he/she accepted an appointment to inspect it. I informed him/her that I would be making the 2+ hour drive to Lexington, KY. Actual time was 2 hours and 38 minutes. When I arrived I was greatly dismayed by the appearance of the business and the conditions of the small lot of vehicles behind the office. Underneath the office there was a garage with several vehicle being worked on and I really thought I had arrived at a repair shop. I went into the office to inquire and the overwhelming stench of at least three cats and one dog being kept inside almost made me gag. The owner "Mike" seemed non-plussed. I introduced myself and why I was there and he seemed confused as though he was clueless that "AJ" had made the appointment that afternoon. At any rate, he was polite, retrieved the key to the 2008 Saturn Vue XR V6 and proceeded to walk me out to the vehicle with a battery charger in hand! When I saw the vehicle my heart sunk to my stomach. It was a Saturn Vue though it's condition was nothing like the stock photo depicted in this listing. It looked like a junker. The back drivers side tire was completely flat, it was cruddy dirty inside/out, the upholstery had many cigarette burn holes, the backside of the drivers seat was missing. There were so many, many flaws about this vehicle. I couldn't tell you if the year and mileage listed in this ad was the same as advertised. I had seen all I cared to, wasted not one more second of my time and immediately left, NEVER TO RETURN!! PLEASE NOTE: I was forced to select 1 star in order to submit my review. If I could give this outfit a -100 stars I would!!"

To start the paint job was a mess, You could see who ever painted this car had no clue what they were doing. Car had over spray ever where and the glass top was painted and not supposed to be, it's glass come on. They missed spraying clear all over and just looked awful. The pics made this car look great but pics really do that car justice. There was looked like bondo in trunk lid and driver door that was not even worked out. Looked like a backyard paint job.Then open door to find missing parts like seat controls and the dash was tore up in spots and heater control did not work . I told the owner I was very disappointed cause he could have told me on the phone its was overpriced junk. We looked under hood to see oil all over front of engine then had my son start it up to hear main bearings rattle at start up. He wanted $10,000.00 for this crappy car. NO WAY FROM ME. Owner laughed it of like your loss man this car will sell for way more that 10,000.00 I looked around his lot at all his cars and all was way overpriced junk. I told him this, and his remark was well I sell them everyday to people who can't afford cars and they get financed so they get what they get.. Well I felt deceived and pushed to purchase this vette that was maybe worth $3,000.00 tops. He even told me well it's just an old beater so what you expect. I said you didn't tell me that 4 hours ago before I left the house or I would not have made the drive. Dealer is very shady and would not recommend anyone to buy his junky overpriced cars. Only thing car had going for it was a new set of $500.00 tires. I drove over 400 miles to look at this junk. GET REAL STOP LIEING OVER PHONE SAYING IT'S GREAT"
