My husband first contacted them and the person he spoke to was rude and to the point. He never offered to help him or work with him. I contacted them and spoke with Yasmin and she was nice and professional. I, however, refused to work with them again.

The sales person was very helpful, but unfortunately the car that I wanted was sold by the time I got there.

Although, the dealer did not have the specific vehicle I was interested in, my sales representative went above and beyond to try and help me locate a vehicle that would have fit my requirements.

I was in contact with 3 different people from this dealership and completely Shocked and disappointed that 2 of the 3 didn't contact me back like they said they would and they low balled me on my trade in. I was Super interested in purchasing a truck however I wasnt going to drive 3 hours just for them to not give my what my trade in is worth. I've done my research on the trade in and ended up selling to another lot without even buying a vehicle from them for $3I MORE

Boo! Looked like the dealer had more than one of a particular used vehicle. When I asked about it, the sales lady half motioned toward the car which still had a dealership loaner vehicle sticker on it. The only one available had red interior. Neither vehicle was suitable for those reasons & resulted in a waste of time with a very far drive out of the city.

Bought this pickup. JD helped me out. He was a cool guy and didn’t pressure me any but I do believe management tried a sleezy move with having someone come test drive the vehicle while I was still there to make me feel uncomfortable about walking away. Didn’t work because I suspected foul play. Also they’ll try and charge you for the tent that was more than likely put on from the previous owner so watch for that bs.

They called back to tell me it sold, but it’s still on the site over a week later....also they said they get back to me about other similar trucks and never did....disappointed but moving on to another Dearship.

Bait and switch. I confirmed the car was available to see and test drive. When I arrived, I was told it is not available to test drive. Misleading about the facts of the car. I was told there was no rust, but when I got there, you can see rust all over the bottom of the car. The salesman tried to mislead and say that is not abnormal. I would not trust them with my time or money.

I drove an hour to look at this truck and possibly buy and upon arrival they tell me it’s in the service department and they don’t have keys but not once was this mentioned when I called to ask about the vehicle. One salesman told me the previous owner needed something bigger for work purposes, the other told me engine had a problem service department couldn’t figure out.

Aaron and Saul were very professional and spent all the time with me that I needed.

Worst experience of any dealership I've ever dealt with. They were dishonest. I tried to test drive a vehicle that I went there to see, when I got there I found out it was not in drivable condition. They told me to come back out on Friday, I showed up on Saturday after they told me it was ready and when I got there it still was not in drivable condition. They did not care that I had driven an hour one way. I would never recommend this dealership to anybody.
