"My experience at Kia of Canton was terrible! My salesman Robbie had no knowledge of the used Volkswagen Tiguan I purchased. Basically, I was thrown into the vehicle and figure it out for myself. I ended up bringing the vehicle back 4 days later because my check engine light was on ( definitely not a good sign) and my trunk would not open using the key fob. Anyway, while I was waiting for service to inspect the vehicle, I went to my salesman Robbie and asked him why he didn't go over the features of the car with me, his response; oh, we don't do that for used cars, only new. Well, maybe y'all don't need to be selling used cars!! Wasn't impressed at all, will definitely not be purchasing anything used or new from Kia of Canton!!! On the other hand Chris, the service manager was very gracious and even apologized for my salesman not going over the features of my Tiguan. Won't have to worry about this customer anymore, I'm done!!"
