He lied to me first of all when I got there, saying jeep was buried is why it took so long to get it out front. I discovered on my own he had to jump it to start it, tires bald, rear window wired backwards, transmission leaking. Thanks for not doing your job pal"

At first, I was passed around from salesman to salesman, 4 as a matter of fact, all of whom were working in used cars. Thank God, I ended up with Chris! Ford should consider teaching their young salesmen social skills. You don't get me to buy an extended warranty by trying to scare me. The younger guys all seem quite taken with themselves. At times, I felt like I was sitting in a locker room. The little used car building needs a major overhaul."

Al Smith and his group of extremely nice and patient associates took the time to work with me and promised a fair value on my trade in. After two weeks of email and chat and phone calls my wife and I decided to to drive 2 hours and 34 minutes (150 miles ) from our home and visit Al Smith Dealership... It was well worth it... As soon as we arrived we were impressed with the layout and design of the dealership. It reminded us of a Car resort... They immediately gave us refrigerated bottles of water and pop, they even had freshly popped popcorn available. The bathrooms were clean and modern. What a dealership.... They looked over my vehicle to trade-in while we took a test drive in the car we were interested in. They did what they said, and offered a fair trade in value and a fair price out the door for our new vehicle. We got to know the entire staff and could not believe just how nice and down to earth everyone was. This was the best car buying experience in out lives. I made it perfectly clear that i did not want a car payment and the person who I talked to insisted I wouldn't and I could do an "even trade." Hesitant, I stated again, "are u sure?" I was told yes and to make the drive (97 mins) to the dealership... so i did, with my 3 year old daughter. I was told to meet with the manager. When i got there, he passed me on to some salesman like he was too good to help me. Anyway, i gave all my information and then was told i need more money and/or a cosigner to get the car. WASTE OF TIME. 2 stars only because the salesman was nice and felt bad. Explained to me the people who I talked to were just the women who sitvin their corporate office and don't really know what they're talking about. So not only did i waste 3 hours of driving, I accomplished nothing.... smh"
