I knew exactly what I wanted because I had been looking for a particular vehicle for 2 months. Every dealer I encountered was eager to assist and great to work with but Chris Pruitt Auto takes customer service to a better level. They were never intrusive or overly attentive and I appreciated that. I was allowed to take the vehicle to my mechanic to check everything out. I was also allowed to keep it overnight to get more acquainted with the vehicle. I am really trying to think of something negative to mention but I cannot. My experience was exceptional and I encourage anyone who is shopping for a vehicle to put Chris Pruitt Auto first on your list. Had I done that, I would have saved myself 2 months of vehicle shopping. I will refer this dealer to everyone I come in contact with.
