Avg. Dealer Rating: (16 reviews) "I went here planning on trading my 2015 mustang by for a 2011 cts-v. Talked to a salesman on the phone and asked about what my car would be worth on trade-in and he said 26k but could be more depending on condition and other options. My car is flawless and has all options available so I figured I'd make the 2 hour trip and talk to them. Made it there at the exact time I told him I'd be there and walked in the office to find no one around except for a guy on his cell phone in his office. I finally got his attention and he asked what I needed (which seemed like I was a bother to him), I told him I was looking for clay (not sure on name because he was less then a memorable salesman). Turns out he was clay. Went outside and met the owner, which was a really nice helpful guy. They informed me the car was finishing up some minor repair and would be done in a few minutes and that I could walk around and check out there lot (the owner and finance guy told me this, not the salesman). Car got done in a few minutes like they said, had a couple little flaws but nothing major. Decided to take it for a test drive and I asked the salesman where I should go, he told me wherever I wanted (like I said I'm from two hours away and have no clue where I am). Got back from the test drive where the salesman didn't say 3 words. We got back and asked how I liked it and I told him I'd like to see what we can do. So we walked inside the building and no one said a word to me where to go, so I followed my "salesman" and he told me I needed to go with the finance guy. Bought a few cars before but never talked to the finance guy before going over numbers but thought they may do it different here. Neither the finance guy or my salesman knew what the owner would give me for my car so they had to call him. They came back with 25k and I said we were way off so the finance guy called the owner back and he said all they could do was $25,500 on my car and take nothing off theres. Of course i wasnt to pleased with there numbers but I understand that they just got this car in and want to see what it can do. I've taken my car to a few dealerships since and done some fair market pricing on some websites and the lowest trade in I've gotten was 27k, so I am slightly displeased with there numbers. I was a buyer that drove 2 hours and there was very very little negotiating or anything. I would deal with them again probably but not with the same salesman."
