I've only had my CX-9 for a few days, but I have to say it's probably the nicest vehicle I've owned. I compared the CX-9 with the Territory and the Kluger before I bought, and it was the best in terms of quality (interior and exterior fit, finish and materials) and the features for the price. We spent our money here and they seemed alright to begin with but now we have been ghosted over something simple. When we purchased a car, it came with a navigation system that was advertised as a bonus. This navigation system doesn't actually navigate. Whoever installed it didn't get the right card, apparently. When we inquired, the salesman assured us they would send us a card (his words: "oh it's like a $5 card, we'll send it to you no problem.") and we agreed because it seemed like an easy fix. Now this dealer is ghosting us, leaving us with these issues. I would love to give them a better review if they could act like stand up guys, as of now I'm disappointed. "

I left at 7 am on Monday and called them at 9 am when they opened to find out they had sold the car and never called me. As stated by the salesperson, the manager was supposed to call me on Saturday and that never happened. So I wasted 4 hours of my time in travel for nothing. On a positive note, I found a comparable car with less mileage and in similar condition elsewhere and purchased it with a positive experience."
