Asked about missing reflectors on rear bumper but didn't realize what the openings were. Joey suggested "That's just an option by Ford, aesthetics". Asked about some wiring that wasn't connected and the dealer didn't think anything of it. He says they didn't notice a break in the windshield either. *Test drive was good, started negotiations. Joey referenced the great condition of the car as the reason he couldn't budge on price. * I took a break from negotiations and went outside to look one last time at the car. I looked underneath and saw paint on the muffler and the gas tank had a crease in it. * I went inside and asked Joey for the Carfax. The Carfax says clearly that this vehicle was a "TOTAL LOSS". This dealer had multiple opportunities to be forthcoming and chose to lie repeatedly. I feel lucky to not have bought this car, but I feel bad that others are susceptible to their lies and scam. "
