"I called at 5:30 to see if the car was still available and what time they closed. She said yes and 8pm. I was driving from Fresno to Dinuba and planned to expect me in about an hour. When we arrived at 7 pm, nobody was on the lot and the Suburban wasn't there. I called back, the girl informed me that she was at a sister site but someone was there. We waited, knocked, and called back, she transferred me to her boss who told me he sold that car and his staff probably left early because of the slow rainy evening. Then tried to get me to look at another SUV I wasn't interested in!!!! Through. The. Phone! Wasted my time and gas! Very unprofessional. I called to check if it was there and to make sure it was open! NEITHER!"
