Avg. Dealer Rating: (4 reviews) "Avoid this dealer if you you prefer not to get swindled. I showed up to the dealer and found the car sitting in their garage being used for lunch runs. It was filthy, out of gas and the inside was filled with trash. The posted pictures show the car clean so clearly this was all done after receiving the car and going through inspections. The main problem I have was that the dealer didn't list any damage on the car, but the car had been in at least two collisions. I guess dealers can decided what is "damage" when they report the car to CARFAX. The rear bumper had backed into a pole (hard to see it in the pictures because it more toward the underside of the bumper, so I couldn't see it initially in the tight space of the dealership garage) and the rear passenger door/quarter panel had a large scrap on them (the pictures online didn't show this damage!). So much for CARFAX. The sales people rushed the test drive, and didn't even suggest looking over the car, but offered to lower the price if I signed some paperwork that day. Luckily I waited to pay until I had seen what the car looked like clean and in sunlight, rather than in a dark garage. The next day when I confronted them about the damage they said they didn't have to tell me about it; basically telling me that it was my job to find it! I was told that they needed to make money on this car so I should walk away if I wouldn't accept the car with damage, even though they were selling a car listed with no damage."

He was very patient and not at all pushy. After test driving it I knew this car was the one! I left without buying (to think it over) but I got a call the next day from another employee responding to my internet inquiry (before I went it). Long story short. Omar was able to talk to the lender to get me the price I wanted with low APR, got my car detailed, and it was ready for me to pick up the next day . Theresa handled all my paperwork and the entire experience was terrific from beginning to end. This was my first time financing a car and it was completely stress free! Very happy with my purchase! "
