Used 2008 Buick Lucerne for Sale in Anderson, SC

I had to call a few times to find out if the car was available. They said that it was available. Then it wasn’t. Then it was. Then it finally wasn’t! However they were ready to sign documentation right away, Tempia was the salesperson that finally got to the bottom of everything she was great!!

When I arrived to test drive a car. The car was extremely dirty. Agent was unaware of the extremely bad condition it was in.

The team was great and very responsive. Would recommend Blake or Hunter to anyone looking to purchase a car.

Asked Jill to give me fees based on internet price. She lead me to believe that I should make an offer. I offered 2k below asking. She responded that they had 2 full price offers but I could offer more than asking. They finally sold the vehicle 10 days later. I was ready to pay full price, but so glad my money didn't go to that dealer. Thanks, Jill!

1. Very unprofessional sales representative. He couldn’t handle points I made about this vehicle so he chose to make me out a liar. 2. They wanted me to make commitment to buy this van before it was inspected by their service dept. 3. I asked they call me once the van was checked out. I was never contacted.

The responded to my request immediately but, unfortunately the vehicle was sold before I could call them.

Could not make a deal but they were fine to deal with and the car was clean and ready to test drive when I got there.

We didn't buy the car, but they where super nice.

Mr Panayotov and his staff treated us with kindness and professionalism. He took the time to answer all questions honestly. We were treated the same respect as someone buying a brand new car.

Ended up buying this car. However the tool kit was missing so no jack or tire iron. They did say that they would follow through and provide one appropriate to the Escape we bought. As yet no tool kit but did receive an email yesterday saying that they were working on it.

Very nice people who have very good quality cars and SUVs at low mileage and lower prices. Very nice.
