I asked if the vehicle was still available and they said it was, so she set me up with a time to meet the internet used car salesman at the location he vehicle was. I arrived at the dealership in which a salesman asked if I needed any help, and I told him I had an appointment with the person that they set me up with, he proceeded to tell me he didn't work that day, so he proceeded to help me with the vehicle I was interested in. I then was told the vehicle wasn't for sale and that I couldn't even test drive it because it wasn't inspected yet. He told me that he would let the internet salesman manager know I was there and that I would get a call the next day. Waited for call never got one. Was contacted via email from another management member asking if I was contacted yet. I wanted to give the internet manager time so I didn't respond yet. I finally was contacted by the internet manager in which he then proceeded to tell me the same thing the other salesman had already to me, that the truck wasn't for sale and that it had some issues that they didn't think was worth fixing. I thought what ever. I was very disappointed in that the vehicle was listed for sale and was listed as inspected on CarFax before they put it up for sale on their website. Poor communication. They seem more interested in selling new vehicles then selling used vehicles that they might have to do a little work on. Could of made a good customer relationship, but now I don't think I will do any business with Bergstrom of Kaukauna. Don't know why I even gave them one star. Thanks for wasting my time."
