Ceecee, the apparent owner, scheduled a time for me to test drive said car with him later in the day. I arrive on time and no one is at the dealership. There's a sign on the door that says be back in ten so, natutally, I decide to wait for 10 minutes. Well, ten minutes pass, then twenty, then thirty, and then I decide to call ceecee to find out what's going on. That plan fails as I am sent to voicemail. I leave a voicemail explaining the situation and say I can wait for a little longer but to please call me back and reschedule a time to see this car. About 5 minutes after I left the voicemail two men arrived at the dealership. One of them was ceecee. He had no idea what I was doing there and didn't remember that we had spoken that morning and scheduled a time for test drive that same afternoon. As we enter the tiny shack in the back of the dealership ceecee asks me if I'm "here on my own". (I'm a young girl, but I also garentree the salary I'm pulling is probably more than what CeeCee is working with here. I was ready to buy the car I wanted to test drive in straight cash.) Then he asks me what car I am there to see as if he did not call me about a specific car that morning. I was a little in all of the fact that you couldn't even remember, so I told him I didn't think I wanted to do business somewhere that was this unorganized. CeeCee had nothing to say to that, mind you there was no apology for being late anywhere in this. As I go to get in my car I realize that CeeCee and the other man parked my vehicle in so I couldn't even pull away from the curb in front of their lot. I go inside and ask them to move the vehicle, and that is how that day ended. Recently I get another call from Mel's Motors. It was CeeCee. He was calling to see if I was still interested in the vehicle that I inquired about. I asked him if he remembered who we was calling, he said no. I said it's the girl from a few Saturdays ago who waited for you for a half hour, and that triggered his memory. I said "how do you not remember this is the exact form of unorganized I was mentioning when I was at your dealership". Then I got hung up on. CeeCee is a joke of a businessmen people please avoid this place. "

The other people waiting were offered water, while I was not I had to ask. the gentleman finally gets to me and starts taking my info. I was doing a cash purchase but he still wanted my ss#? Tells me he has a jeep (in my cash price range) for me to look at and he goes back to the other couple and starts doing paper work with them.... I haven't been showed even one jeep by an HOUR into my wait. and its not like Im driving a junker... 2016 ford escape.... I dress well... All in all this place is WAY over priced (easy 2,000 on both of the jeeps I looked at).... hence they don't list prices and their manners and customer relation skills are terrible. "

My family an I traveled an estimated 6 hours . My parents and I received the best service when purchasing my car. We went for something specific but because there service is so great the car was sold right before we arrived. They did not rush or pressure us in searching for a new vehicle. They took the time to show us any and everything that me and my family would be interested in and that would be best for me safety wise, since I am a young college driver in the city. At the end of my visit I did not feel like I was in a dealership. The environment was very friendly and family like, I've bragged about my experience to all my friends and family. If they don't have something you want they will notify you immediately, however I don't think that will be a problem. My mom and and are extremely fond of Lou, Tom, and Steve because of how willing they were to help us and the amount of knowledge they had on the Volvo XC60 we purchased. They will help you with the buying and insurance process and make sure you get a deal you want. You have to visit, you will not be disappointed."
