Had THE BEST BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER. drove almost 2 hours from home to this dealer, salesman sent me a video of the Titan I bought. He was up front honest and everything was ready when I arrived. Finance guy was awesome too!

This vehicle sold before I could view it. BMW Dallas was very open about the status.

Called and set appointment drove 3 hours and they sold the car. Did not get a call just please be far. If you drove 6 hours round trip how would you feel...thanks

Quick and personal, friendly response. Seemed to be easy and straightforward folks to talk to. The salesman, I feel, patiently answered all my questions about the car and took the time and got back to me about a few things he didn’t know offhand. I’ll be looking at this car on Tuesday 1/26, and if it’s ok will buy it.

The salesman was disinterested sloppy & uninformed about the vehicle. He was late for the appointment & anxious to leave. I drove for over an hour to get there.

They didn't have the car I wanted but they showed me a similar car They patiently explained everything. I drove the car and I think that car is still on top of my list. They were not pushy and we're very professional. Definitely I will go back there again.

Took a long time to report on the condition of the car even though they are a Porsche dealer. The info was also o Inaccurate. First indicated they were waiting for a fuel pump and after a week told me the I pump was fine just run till dry. Then the waited another week snd told me I needed to make an offer right away as is with no service record or comment or their sales manager was going to buy it. Scary dealership IMO

So easy. Everything was ready to test drive the car. Paperwork was fast. And Brian went the extra mile and drive the car to me after I purchased it! They were wonderful.

A Bad feeling from the moment I walked in. Found out the vehicle was previously wrecked. With all the chatter from them about everything else, they FAILED to verbally volunteer that Important piece of information. I was there for nearly 2 hours. Had to ask for my keys 3 times for my potential trade in. Stall tactic Irritating. SNAKES! Reinforced my opinion of a typical USED CAR SALESMEN. Waste of time. Thank you.

We ended up buying this vehicle. The dealership was extremely pleasant to work with. We DID NOT spend the entire day there! 1) short discussion 2) test drive 3) purchase. There was no hidden crap or high pressure additions. Really, quite a pleasant experience!!

Very responsive, laid back atmosphere, not overly salesy, just very helpful. Ask for Terry he was great. The car I looked at didn’t work out for me because of interior color but he listened to my needs and sent me some other options.

Terrible service, it was so bad the salesperson went to get the car to test drive and never came back. We waited for at least 30-40 minutes and finally left. I can only believe their leadership and management is terrible not to train and manage their sales reps any better then this

The car was not registered as a wrecked car and it had been. When I confronted them about it they were willing to work with me on finding another vehicle that was even better. They went above and beyond to help me.

Schedule a test drive, vehicle was not there to drive. Was told(by the manager Bobby) I would be contacted when it came back from being painted. Checked their web site the same evening and the price had increased $2000.00. No call back so I made contact and was told they would check on the vehicle/ call me back shortly. Never received a call, car was sold the next day.

I made an appointment to go look at a vehicle and the salesman emailed me in the morning asking me if I was still coming, when I arrived he realized it was sold. Very unorganized.

Van was as described online, everything in good condition. The van was clean and ready to go. Test drove and everything checked out. Buying experience was fast, courteous, and friendly. Their office was clean. I would recommend this dealer.

Sales manager provided verbal agreement that I could purchase the vehicle but I had to fly into Dallas the same day. After purchasing my airline ticket and arriving at the airport, manager notified me that he decided to sell the vehicle to another person who he also promised. If this dealership can screw over a potential customer to make $1, they will not hesitate. Lacking in integrity. BEWARE!

I wanted to come see the car that day, he told me it wasn’t ready, still in detail and recon, scheduled 3pm next day. He called me next morning and it was sold?? Thought it wasn’t “ready”.

Great experience, no one is a smarmy salesman, everyone works quickly, respectfully, and professionally. Bonus SALES DOG! They trusted us to test drive the car on our own for as long as we needed to and because I was already pre-qualified the actual buying process took less than an hour, they gave me a respectable number for my trade-in and I drove the car off the lot that day. Highly recommend this dealership.

I test drove a car at this dealership and I loved it. I was ready to move forward with the deal and I never heard back from the sales associate. I called him several times and left him a few emails. Luckily the General Manager of this dealership was amazing, he reached out to me personally asking how could he assist me with my purchase.

I didn’t respond in time, been extremely busy. The gentleman did offer email correspondence I saw it too late..
