I asked a salesman to check the seats because I couldn't tell from the pictures whether it was badly stained or if it was shadows. His reply was, "yes, those are stains not shadows". I've never seen such nasty stains on the seats of a vehicle someone was trying to sell. According to the CarFax report, this dealer had owned it for over 6 months. When I asked to have it detailed and see new pictures to verify it was clean, he replied that, "his dealership left the CLEANING up to the buyer and thus it saved THEM money". This dealership definitely lost a chance at a highly motivated buyer to pay his asking price, over a $100 detail job. I could'nt help but wonder if they were willing sell a vehicle so noticeably dirty... what else might be "hidden" from plain sight. I found another vehicle and purchased it the day after having a major surgery. The transmission had gone out in our vehicle, so I willing to pay a higher price to buy something pretty fast. With such poor customer service; I expect this vehicle will sit in their inventory for another 6 months. "

They were confident the car was clean. The mechanic found some normal wear and tear (worn brakes and rotors). I mentioned it to the dealership and they replaced them while keepeing the car the same price. If I had to have a complaint it would be they do not do financing so I had to save up the money for the car."
