Wanted to trade in my car, and they quoted me a price from scanning my vin onto there phone. They valued my car at a fair price when they didnt even take the time to test drive or check for leaks under the hood. Walked away from the dealership to think it over. They called back 20 mins later and said if I didnt want to vehicle, someone will be on the way to pick up the vehicle within the hour.. One month later, vehicle is still for sale at a lower price then when i had checked it out. "

I drove from Long Beach to San Diego the first time to see the car and I was told it was not ready to be seen because they just got it in and it needs to be inspected. Two weeks later I call on a Friday and speak to the manager and ask if I can come see the car Saturday morning. He told me its not ready for a test drive, but I can come see it. I drive AGAIN from Long Beach to San Diego and the car isn't even there! the manager of service awkwardly tells the sales manager that its not there, that it's at the body shop. Once I pressured the manager and told him that I was ready to buy because the 4Runner only has 103k miles on it, he tells me that it actually has 135k miles. So I was completely lied to for 2 weeks, lost 4 hours of driving and gas money, and they still haven't contacted me. Do not shop here!"

When I arrived, a salesman met me and told me he had brought the truck up for me. We walked out and it was not the truck I had inquired about. The truck I inquired about was a Ford F350 Crew cab dually, King Ranch Edition. The one they had too show me was a Ford F350 4 x 4 super cab(single wheel). Big difference. Needless to say, NO SALE"
