"Made an appointment to go look at a car and the called me 2-4 times a day until I went and they had sold the car after telling me they would call and let me know since I had a decent drive to get there. Then practically spit in our face when trying to purchase a different car. They have horrible customer service and I Would not recommend this dealer to anyone. "

"I did not hear from the dealer, I drove to the dealer and walked around the lot
for a 20 minutes and nobody even came out of the office. The condition of
2011 Ford Ranger was misrepresented in the photos. The drivers side door
latch was defective and would not even close. Several of the interior trim
pieces were in very poor condition, the posted photos had apparently been
photo shopped. "

auto, which she was suppose to have pulled the keys for the auto 1
day prior.taking. left me a text message . When I called salesperson
stated my calls where dropped. Texted salesperson back to text me,
she never did. Next business days, sales manager called me to let me
know that customer did not go through with auto purchase, original
salesperson (Nicole) did not call me to inform me of this transaction.

"Emailed this dealership twice about setting up a time to test drive a BMW suv on their lot and both times received stock messages in return so we decided to just drop in to look at it. Adam approached us and immediately began asking us how much we wanted to put down and told us we couldn't even test drive it without being pre-approved through one of their banks first. He then asked us if we had a co-signer for the loan. My boyfriend and I are in our thirties and make well over six figures combined. The car was listed for under $17k making it the cheapest car we would have ever purchased. We were both extremely offended by how he approached and profiled us. Our search will continue at other dealerships who don't just judge books by their covers. "
