We traveled 3 hours only to find the vehicle lacking a major, deal breaking feature, a panoramic sun roof. The missing feature was part of our main criteria and was was listed prominently in all of info on line and was sent to us directly by the sales rep with whom we scheduled our appointment. I had asked the salesman to confirm the vehicle had the features and looked as good inside & out as the photos appeared. He said it did and was beautiful. When we arrived, we were told by the manager that the salesman never saw the vehicle as it was not on the lot at the time. Our attemp the purchase our 16 year old daughter her first car failed. We drove 3 hours home. "
