Some parts are hard to reach and replace, and require expert installation; but that is all manufacturers way of getting you to a dealership! I arrived only to be told the car had been wrecked the day before by a porter & that the car was unavailable but later in the afternoon, after making some phone calls, I was informed the car was pending sale (that morning). The customer service was good if you can take into account that I was given false information & was repeatedly offered other vehicles that cost more than the original car I inquired about. "
