I had asked a couple questions which were not directly answered (through phone text) but was told we could work-out details once we drove down (we live 1 hour from Chattanooga). I had told the dealer when we would get there and even gave an approximate time. Vehicle wasn't on the lot when we got there, had to wait about 20 minutes for it to return ("partner was cleaning it up"). When it did get there, first thing I did was look it over, noticed the entire under-body and wheel wells had been painted one color (and "partner") was touching up spots of rust around door handle (trying not to let me notice). This obviously was a "northern" vehicle and had significant rust and they tried to conceal it. When I addressed this, they tried to explain it away and then when I stated i wasn't interested, tried to offer me something else on the lot. These are items which could have been discovered if I had pushed harder from the beginning, but given their reaction to everything I doubt they would have been honest with the answers. They did have many nice looking vehicles on the lot but I would advise asking lots of questions and really looking at the vehicles prior to buying any."

They blame everyone but they themselves would not responsibly. I did not purchase the car from Ford, I purchased it from them. Very unprofessional that I returned the car I was told it would be ready this day then I would call not them calling me to see if my car was ready for me then it would be two more days or airbags censors were not ordered yet. The last thing that did it I called to see if my car was ready the manager Arron said yes and I will have it detailed for you. I when I arrived no car but another excuse and it would be another two days. Very poor service I would not recommend them. No communication with a paying customer and a pocket full of excuses. I have have been this business for years and never treated customers like this! "
