The staff was very unprofessional and from what I saw it looked like they had very little self awareness. I went in to buy a car, I must have went back and forth about four times, we would come to an agreement on a price and then at the last minute when I’m getting insurance they would change it and tell me they needed more money. AFTER we agreeed on a price and I signed a paper stating the agreement. Then, they talked to me over the phone saying everything was a go, next day I show up and what do you know? They changed the deal again.. They obviously just like wasting people’s time and try to push deals on people by changing things last minute in hopes that they’ll just go along. I will never come back to Honda Fremont, and I will never recommend anyone come here if they are serious about buying a car. Go somewhere else or to another Honda branch."
