To be honest they weren’t ready to have that vehicle shown. It was dirty, scratches on the paint and he couldn’t demonstrate any features because it wouldn’t start the second time.

So far, so good! My husband and I bought a Passat from them. The salesman, Blaine, was great! He was super honest abs helpful. We noticed an issue with the brakes grinding and they are going to fix it for us since it’s a safety issue, which is awesome.

Unfortunately I could not disclose the name of the dealer I meet at McCoy Automotive. I went to test drive 2 Honda Pilot vehicles that were for sale and he made it effortless without any pressure or stress. He wanted to make sure that my experience shopping was going to be a good one and he exceeded it. He knew about the cars he is selling, pointing out details otherwise I would not have noticed. He made shopping here very nice. I would recommend this dealer for a good used car.

Left snow covered roof hood and trunk to hide hail damage cleaned off after sale was complete to reveal hail damage. Did not disclose the car had hail damage. Will never deal with this place again!

Salesman seemed to know nothing about the cars he was selling, didn't know Awd models they had available so wasn't helpful there, instead of going to look at the paperwork he told me he didn't know when asked about what work was done to a vehicle when it arrived to the lot. No wiggle room in price.. just overall unhappy with experience.. ended up going to a place that was closer to home and found the perfect car

The infiniti was being purchased by another customer. I still was a le to find another vehicle in my price range. Mr. Dewayne and Ms. Irene were very helpful. Will definitely recommend them.

Well the car was priced at $34,905 but there’s a hidden fee they charge which is $1,995 which I did not accept otherwise I would have bought the car. Now this fee is else than what they charge $695 for processing fee and $180 for DMV fee

They emailed me to come in and look at i car i request info about, i called 10 minutes later, and was scheduled to come in later that day, only foe them to tell me they sold the car, and they were very rude, they left me in the lobby for 20 minutes, so when i went to look for the sales team, they was eating pizza. Very unprofessional. I would never do business with them

The one time I went 4 ppl were out but 1 finally came over to help me the next 2 times nobody came out(and it was a nice day) and the sales ppl only want u to talk to them yet they are busy with someone else. Then the guy was passive pushy. Over the phone, one guy said he didn’t know anything about the car type I want to buy and spent the wntire call trying to sell me other cars. It was annoying and not helpful, so now I’m looking at dealers out of town.
