2004 Buick Rainier CxL Plus AWD Review
by Novice

Honest opinion

AWD I prefer the fixed High.Low 4wr option on other GM SUV. Traction in snow less reliable with the AWD. Ride is excellent and towing aceptable for light trailers. Handling is good and fuel economy OK

Avg. Dealer Rating: (12 reviews) " I bought a 2013 Chrysler 300 from this dealer on 12/6/16. A month later I was having motor problems which I informed the owner about but he stated that I was 500 miles over my extended warranty so there was not much he can do. So I brought it to a certified Chrysler dealership and they repaired the motor. Upon repairing the motor they found that the car had either been in an accident or someone had ran over something because the whole bottom of the car was bent and damaged (crossmember bar, radiator, AC condenser, etc.) They informed me that it would cost me $1600 to fix. I have only had the car two months at this point so I again contacted the seller and left him a message informing him of the damage and he never responded. The Chrysler dealership told me that there is no way that the seller at RG motorsports didn't know about the damage because it was clearly visible underneath the car. If the seller had inspected his vehicles or did oil changes before selling the car to me, he would've known of the damage. I actually feel that the owner/seller is the one that did the damage because he informed me that he drove the car for six months before selling it to me. The person who owned it before me put thousands of dollars of aftermarket parts on the car so I'm sure if they damaged it, they would've had it fixed. But either way I should not have to be spending $1600 to repair this damage when I've only had the car two months. I also feel that if he inspected his vehicles before selling them or at a minimum the oil changes, he would've known of the damage. This buying experience has been a complete nightmare for me and I would never recommend anyone buying from this dealer. I didn't bother getting a Carfax or anything because I have done that before and the Carfax showed that it was never in an accident when in fact it was. Sometimes people just don't report it, so those car faxes and stuff don't always help. All I can say is make sure you bring someone with you when buying a car, preferably someone who is a mechanic and can check it out for you before you buy it, but definitely do not buy from this place!!!"
