Avg. Dealer Rating: (134 reviews) "The buying experience was good. There was no pressure to buy and the sales person was polite. The issue came after the car was bought and the paperwork signed. As I was leaving, the sales person told me there was only one key for the car and it was a factory direct key that did not have a keyless entry. He told me if I wanted another key I can order one online and have a locksmith cut it for me. I thought it was strange to be given only one key and then told to have a locksmith cut another one. Well, about $200 later, I have a second key (without a keyless entry). This weekend I spoke to Mario who is the sales manager at Maximum Auto Outlett about having to spend $200 on a key because I was only given one on the day I bought the car. Mario seemed very helpful and understanding about the situation and offered to reimburse me for the cost of the key and have one of his locksmiths program the keyless entry. Mario said that he would text me the following Monday to set something up. Well needless to say, Monday has come and gone and I have yet to receive text from Mario. It would have been a good buying experience if it weren’t for this key situation."
