Karen was very helpful and was able to answer my questions over the phone. We live 2.5 hrs from the dealership and when we arrived, the car was clean and parked out front waiting on us. They financed me in house and the paperwork was quick and easy.

We decided not to buy the listed car but the dealer was courteous and professional.

I purchased this vehicle, however thee TPMS light was on in the vehicle and when I asked about, the dealer provided me with incorrect information and I was not allowed to take the vehicle to be checked by Honda before buying.

We called the dealership and set up a time to look at the Ridgeline. We drove out to the lot and no one showed up. Waited for 30 minutes, nothing, no one, no call. No one tried to follow up with me and let me know what happened. No apology, no nothing! I would never consider buying a car from this dealership with that kind of customer service.

Drove 50 miles to look at this vehicle which was completely misrepresented I drove all the way down there thinking I was looking at a King ranch which it is not a King ranch advertised as having leather there's no leather. Pissed me off

Communication between United Star Motors was very good through texts and phone calls. I live out of the area and they answered my calls to let me know the vehicle was still available (did not want to be on the road just to find out it was sold). They pleasantly worked with me on a fair deal and I drove home with our 2010 Camry.

The car wasn’t in the best condition for it to be a 2016. I didn’t expect for it to run hot within 10 miles of leaving my home. I called the dealer to complain and he took it upon himself to come and replace the spark plugs and wires. He may have only did that because I still owed him $900 bucks, But for that I gave him 3 stars. My advice would be to bring someone mechanically skilled or knowledgeable about cars before you pay $6000 cash for something you can’t return.

The salesman (TJ ) was very helpful I got an excellent deal. The process went easy and fast from 1700 miles away. Very satisfied with my purchase.

I saw a truck listed and was able to walk the lot and look at the truck. Then went to the office and talked to a very friendly sales man for a test drive. No pushy sales pitches, very helpful and pricing was accurate. I highly recommend them.

I had a great experience with Greg. He responded quickly to my inquiry and I made an appointment that day. He showed me several other cars in my price range some a little lower, some a little higher. I settled on the 2007 Toyota Matrix and I could not be happier! The process only took about 2 1/2 hours from arrival to finish of sale. I can’t say enough good things about Greg!
