He sent us video clips of a walk-around of the vehicle. Everyone there was extremely nice when we got there--absolutely no pressure. Tony worked as a middle man between use and the guy who rebuilt the van to get a better price for us. For the price, we are very happy, although--just for the record--we have had to put some money into repairs (new shocks, struts, electrical repairs, alignment) and we still get an EVAP code that needs to be fixed. Even with the extra expense, we would more than likely do it again and would definitely recommend dealing with Motor City."
