After speaking with salesman he didn’t know much about car. Truck has multiple issues. Was not ready to be sold. I understand your a used dealership but being honest about cars would be nice.

Wanted to buy the truck out right cash stick price says 10.5 after the guy sent me the bill of sale my grand total was almost 13 grand. They included a delivery fee of $999 but I told him I’m picking the truck myself than he said it’s restock/restore fee. Than another fee for processing paperwork $799. So $799 to print one piece of paper. A lot of hidden fees at this place. Sad

The truck was clean overall however had a Lotta rust on the frame and some of the parts look like they were getting ready to break off not a very good experience

I bought a cash from this scoundrels dealership. Their customer service is horrible! They lied about everything, from their advertising to delivering my title, which I am still waiting on nearly two months after purchase. They even refused to extend my 30 day temp tag even though DMV suggested it. have lost use of my car I paid cash for. These people are pathetic!

Complete misrepresentation of vehicle. Had 1000 more miles, many paint scrapes, scratches. Paint also bubbled up around fender wells. Tires barely pass inspection, would need replaced.

Victoria has been very up front on everything. She took video of the truck and sent it to me, answered all of my questions, and explained the process of inspection in her state so I know what is required. I will be picking up the vehicle this Saturday and hope the everything is as transparent and easy going as Victoria has been.

We contacted them to arrange to come look at a specific vehicle, when we arrived they said oh so sorry, its actually in the shop. We drove an hour to get there and called to make sure we would be able to look at it when we went. Will not be looking there anymore.

Let me just start by saying Lance & Chrissy were AMAZING, they both worked so hard to make sure that I was happy & satisfied with my purchase. My expectations were exceeded & I would recommend this dealership in a heartbeat. However I did not end up looking at this Honda at all, I saw another car (Chevrolet Malibu) on their site & ended up purchasing that.

Communication could have been better, but the real issue was being able to finance and that wasn't the dealers fault but the person I dealt with didn't tell me that until after several follow up phone calls.

Bought the Jeep and three days later had to put over $3000 into it. They kept saying nothing is wrong with it but the a Jeep dealership and second repair shop both came to the same conclusion. Their "warranty" is some weekend warrior doing side work Do yourself a favor and deal with a company that has some principles and a real warranty. You have been warned. Stay Away!

I declined to pursue my inquiry. Carlos was helpful and straightforward.

Carlos the sales manager responded quickly to my enquiry, and texted me information after our phone call. I've never bought a car in Virginia before now, and Carlos was very helpful in explaining the whole process to me during the sale. He was knowledgeable and professional. I will certainly be buying another car from here.

The dealer responded to me quickly after sending out an email and we were able to set up an appointment for the following day. When arriving to the dealership Sam was very helpful. I did not end up purchasing the vehicle I had set up an appointment for but a Civic that had just arrived. I am satisfied with my purchase and ez auto sales makes the car buy process to easy. No one ever got in touch with me I just kept getting texts saying some one will reach me different names then I called today about the 2001 Honda I was told it was out on a test drive the guy never asked my name or number but told me he would call me back in 30 minutes.... never got a call back no common courtesy if some one bought it would have been nice to know since I’ve been trying to reach some one for a week if it was I wanted the 2003 Toyota but again no answer

Drove 50 something miles for nothing. I spoke to a sales rep made the appointment to come test drive. When I got there somebody else was buying the vehicle. Some one should have called me and told me it was sold
