BUYER BEWARE: Spoke to dealer about scheduling a test drive on a 2016 BMW 340i xDrive. Would not let me test drive vehicle without qualifying for their financing. Told them I am not financing through the dealership. They responded they only do in-house financing. More than likely to give you a terrible rate so they can split the difference on what you actually qualify for and line their pockets with it. Bad experience just on a phone call. I would stay far away from this dealer.

Worst service I’ve ever had. I called them 3 times and spoke to 3 different people and asked if I could come done and look at the car and get a estimate on my car and they said yes. I drive 3 and a half hours to get there and 10 minutes later they tell me they can do anything. I wouldn’t recommend this dealership to anyone

Actual price is 5k higher than what they are advertising in Cargurus. Advertising price is $15,990. But when I went to the dealership they asked for extra fee like: Servicing fee: $1995 Destination fee: $995 Certification fee: $2400+

Poor business is being ram at this establishment. I called to make a cash purchase for a vehicle. They told me they can't sell it unless it's financed. I asked why would I finance 19,000 when I have more than that I'm my bank account?? I can pay you in full today.. they said no. That was probably the easiest seel of the month that they missed out on. I'll pass..

I was interested in the car. I received an initial computer generated email. I had some questions before traveling 90 miles to the dealership. I sent email, text message, called and left a message with the receptionist to call me back and no one did. Looks like they are not motivated to sell their inventory.

Do not buy from this dealer too many hidden charges and 0% customer service, no offer, etc am glad I didn’t go on with the purchase, a lot of people complained about same from them, the manager is so busy he will never take calls or respond, I repeat don’t patronize this out!

Total waste of time. List price ($28,960) was more than 10k less than the out the door price (approx. $41,000). What on earth is that point of that? The best thing to engage with them on, is to provide advice on how to run their business competitively without lying to consumers! If they take the advice you should the invoice them .

Upsetting they actually asked for 5k more and didn’t honor the listing price, I was ready and willing to negotiate at listing price or under but unfortunately that wasn’t the case.....

Don’t waste your time. Price out the door was 8k more than the advertised price for a car that costs 22k.

SCAM. Charging 8k on top of the price of the vehicule for dealer fees lol when I asked why, they said did you check how are these cars in Bmw? What a joke!!

They actually responded some of my questions. But almost no one could answer me if how much dealer’s fees are. Then I talked to Richard apparently the manager. He clarified me that the Price the list on most vehicles are not the actual total price of the vehicle. In order to get that you Must put $2995,00. Then apply through their bank lenders. Next day, I texted him, but never replied. It would just be simpler and easier to List the total price of the vehicle except the taxes and DMV.

No good, got there spent the first hour and a half hearing every excuse or other option than this particular vehicle...winded up located it myself through literally asking for keys and checking odometers...then was told several different excuses on why they won't honor the online price and was quoted $5000 more....the battery was dead on my second option but still tried to sell me that one as well....I'll take my business elsewhere...thanks but no thanks...

Great people especially Jamal he’s the guy that sold me my first car Nissan Altima SR . Very professional. Very nice guy . I went with my mom and he offered us coffee as soon as we got there. I truly suggest to ask for Jamal if you want to buy your car . He’s very patient and actually explains everything you need to know about your payments and calls the insurance for you to make sure you get the price you want!

I would never recommend or spend my money with this dealership. I was mislead with wrong information. Discrimination at its finest. I was told I was not qualified and that it’s not their fault. I was willing to give at least a down payment of $10,000 and still got turned away. The people who work for this company does not care and will tell you anything to get off the phone... do not buy car from here

26 Motors has 2 locations. One in the Bronx. One in Hollis NY. Both are SHADY. Do not waste your time. I called both locations requesting a price quote be emailed to me for a Blue 2017 Infiniti Red Sport 400 since they two, one at each location. They want you to come in and look at the car, but don't tell you that the online listed price is AFTER $4,000 cash down. No where in the description does it say that. Do not waste your time traveling from out of state like I almost did.

Horrible experience! Do not waste your time with this dealer. This car is listed for 39,950 on car guru. However, when I sat with the finance person the car was marked at 51,000. These individuals make their money by exploiting people in underserved communities, who spend their last dime to get into a car that they can’t afford. Please do not patronize this unethical dealership.

Bad experience. Car was priced at 13,000 but when i arrived there was a hidden statement that that was the price after a $5,000 down payment. Car had less than half a tank of gas and bad wiper blades and they only had 1 key for the car. To compensate they said they would add an auto start feature but was a hassle to get the work done. I had to make 3 trips to the dealership because Ovin the owner and Jacob a rep never answered the phone. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to shop here.

Deceptive. Called ahead to make sure price was nonsense free bc I had to drive 50 miles. After assuring me it was and I arrived, they told me that is the price AFTER my mandatory $2000 down payment. Oops, “but it’s still a great deal!” AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE

Had to call numerous times to be able to speak with a manager since every single sales person we're bouncing me around without giving me the info I requested, got hung up a few times and at the end they had $5k over the original price that was not noted or disclosed online.
