I had given a personal check to hold the vehicle until the next day. In the morning I had called my sales rep & explained to him I was bringing in a cashiers check, not to process the personal check I had left with them. They weren’t supposed to process that check until the afternoon anyway. My sales rep had told me he would see to it they would hold the personal check. When I got there I found out my rep had the day off & they had processed my personal check. I had to now get cash run to my bank deposit it, cancel the cashiers check. "
