I applied for financing and was happy when I got approved. I have a small growing family and we outgrew our vehicle and needed a bigger one. I didn’t have much money down so I decided to trade in my car. I live in Astoria. Hour and a half away. On my way home with my wife and two small children after temporarily being excited about our new used bigger vehicle the transmission started slipping. I test drove this vehicle and inspected it to the very best of my knowledge. I was willing to pay so my family’s quality of life was better by having a bigger vehicle. That was Easter Day. They are unwilling to accommodate any requests. It’s now been 3 weeks without a vehicle. My family is suffering horribly from the mistake of buying a vehicle here. Definitely do not recommend. Don’t even know what we are going to do.."
