The dealer was elusive at best. Answered my calls and questions at first, but when it came time to schedule an appointment he pushed me off a couple days and then never answered or returned my calls. Unimpressed.

They add $2k+ on top of the price before you get there(Peterson Advantage). Then they gave me a $37,000 payment plan for a car that was listed as $14,887. I have a excellent credit score so that was just ridiculous.

The problem is that Payne has several Dealerships so you can never get a straight answer. No one seems to know what vehicles are at what location. It’s been extremely frustrating!!

The car was brought down from Show Low to Phoenix The driver spent over an hour to demonstrate the new features for the car. They earned the 5 star rating and more. The price advertised was the price of the car. The car was nice and clean. My wife asked about the new car smell. I would gladly recommend Hatch Toyota to anyone.

The person I spoke with seemed uninterested in what I wanted and seemed ready to get off the phone. The car is in one state and I'm in another. I thought the car could be delivered but the dealership said they didn't do that. I can't afford to travel 700 miles for a car that may not be there when I get there. Thet offered no options to hold car for me or to figure out a way to make that sale happen! I was going to pay cash for the car but I'll take my business elsewhere!

They suck. Lure you in with a great price but then tack on a $3,000 “detail package” already done on the vehicle. No way to decline it either it’s part of the dealer fees. Say no to them unless you have an extra $3,000 to spend.

I call the dealer in the morning made appointment to test drive the car. showed up they did not have the car ready, it was sitting out in a field in the rain, they were surprised I left with out test driving the car. Never went back.

Our salesman was very friendly and knowlegable. We will certainly return when we decide to purchase a car.
