They add $2k+ on top of the price before you get there(Peterson Advantage). Then they gave me a $37,000 payment plan for a car that was listed as $14,887. I have a excellent credit score so that was just ridiculous.

The dealer was elusive at best. Answered my calls and questions at first, but when it came time to schedule an appointment he pushed me off a couple days and then never answered or returned my calls. Unimpressed.

Rude, pushy and wanted to add $3,000 in "dealer" fees which included a paint warranty and GPS. A car advertised for $8,000 turned out to be $11,000. I found the exact same model at another dealer and only paid tax and license. I will never return here.

Dealership had a lot of cars but the one we were interested in was dirty inside and we couldn’t test drive it because the tank was completely empty. We called ahead to let them know we were coming to test drive that car and they did not bother to look it over or pull it out and have it ready for us. Turns out the fuel door was broken, thus the empty gas tank. Although this was a dealership, they seem more like a cheesy generic used car lot. Waste of time!

The problem is that Payne has several Dealerships so you can never get a straight answer. No one seems to know what vehicles are at what location. It’s been extremely frustrating!!

Called him up and he had a very bad attitude with me for one, sent me the wrong information, and after asking if he can hold the vehicle for me for some time after buying because I'm deployed with the army he told me no which was fine. But that wasn't just it, in addition to saying no he out right siad I can't do an't any business with you and hang up!

THIS ADD IN NOT CORRECT I TOLD THE DEALER AND CARGURS and now 3-days later no corrections have been made I visited the dealer to see the car after they brought the car for me to see I told them this is NOT the car your advertising on Cargurus they said they would fix it and now 3-days later this add is still wrong. This is a Mitsubishi Outlander Sport and they DO not come with a Third Row seat I waisted 2-hours of my time and the dealer could have care less...

This 2019 Jeep Cherokee Latitude Plus FWD it was joke this car has been sold 2 week ago I ask if it was in the lot, ther reply was yes. NOTE it still post on there wed site!! what a waste of time.

No pressure to purchase. They do hold pretty close to asking price, however.
