Avg. Dealer Rating: (3 reviews) "Dealer never responded to an email I sent twice. I called and they were somewhat short and very judgmental of my credit situation. I submitted a credit application and before they ran it through any banks they said they would need 20% down with any lender. I know this is not true because I have been in finance for 15 years. When I heard this I asked them not to run my credit with banks or bureaus. A couple of hours later I called back because something didn't feel right. I used an app to record the conversation and explicitly requested to withdraw my credit application. Guess what? The next day Crédit Karma let's me know they ran it twice. I called them and failed to get any response or apology. Believe me..my Consumer Complaint ss in motion with the appropriate agencies as well as legal litigation! "
