Due to an accident and my car being declared a loss, I found myself needing a replacement asap. This dealership was unbelievably accommodating as I reside in another city. My sales rep was so helpful. We worked out everything and he had the car delivered to my home, where I test drove it, loved it, and purchased it. A stressful situation could not have gone smoother. I'd recommend Spence and Roger to anyone in the market for a vehicle.

Prompt response however when I arrived the car hadn’t even been cleaned. There were multiple nicks and scratches that had been poorly touched up and the front splitter was damaged. Car needs tires. Not what you would expect for asking price. I see from your attachment that they have lowered the price again.

Nice people. Unfortunately the car was pretty rough. Probably should have sent it to auction. Car had two holes in the canvas top. Looked like it hadn’t been washed in weeks. Black stripes are seriously sun faded. Paint issue on the top of the passenger rear quarter. When we put the top down the weather stripping fell off. Lastly and mostly importantly is that the engine had a very noticeable noise to it. This car shouldn’t be on the main lot of a dealership.

Not sure how this dealer is in business. Crooked! BUYER BEWARE!! ask about EVERY figure they show you!they add in OPTIONAL services, 3 different security systemS , paint protection and GAP insurance) and make you think they are non negotiable! Do not let them rush you thru paperwork, or you will miss alot. I have bought alot of used vehicles, but never went thru this kind of shady process! I wish I could have put zero stars.

Spoke with Jarod and he was absolutely no help and did not respond. Aron was helpful and very attentive. However, this dealers fees are outrageous as I’m referring to fees that add up to over $5000. If you want a vehicle that’s listed in their inventory but not at their dealership, they’ll try to charge you $800 in a transport fee when it shouldn’t be the customer’s responsibility. Be careful!

what a time waster. gave all the info and details upfront to make the process simple and easy - took them 3 hours to give me a lowball trade price on an immaculate low mileage trade. They can't get out of their own way to sell a car or make a reasonable deal. Just be aware....

This particular car had overheating issues which the salesmen refused to acknowledge. Quoted me some outrageous apr so I walked out. Nice try. I'll never go there again.
