This dealer did contact me pretty quick. My experience with two sales team members was ok. Everything was fine until I asked about some of the service that was done and never received a call back. I ended up purchasing a vehicle from another dealer.

Really nice guys although they sold the car before I got to look at it, good for them. I would do business with them.

1 of only 3 dealers to respond to me, but the only 1 that responded immediately, and answered all my questions.

He was honest and open about financing this vehicle as well as suggesting how to ship it to me if purchased. I was pre approved through Capitol One to purchase a vehicle, and i did not know that as a rule the vehicle must be 10 years or less old to be financed by them. he advised me to check and make sure, and he was correct. My sights shifted towards a vehicle model not older than 2011 to be approved for financing.

That's won't talk to you on the phone ever only through text. They'll forget about you and leave you waiting for days on a decision. Communication is not good and this is coming from a dealership not a used car lot. Just not professional.

Shady dealership!! Being 2 hours away I specifically told the salesman I did not want it if it was all scratched up and had and dents. I show up to get car after putting money down to hold and it had scratches all over with missing paint along drivers door edge, it had not even been detailed but to top it off the automatic convertible top didn’t even work! Needless to say I was pissed and luckily got my deposit back. Will not be back!

The only good thing was the girl who answers the phone, salesman was ok. But then then refused to sell me the car, because I live in Massachusetts and i have a check in hand for the car . When I logged back to do this review I noticed they now jacked up the price of the car by 7,000!!! Mind you this car has a had a decent accident. Carfax shows a moderate accident in the front.

Absolutely horrible dealership engages in deceitful dishonest practices especially sales rep Paola Nolasco after wasting my time and taking all my info/credit/paystubs/ID told me I was approved for a vehicle and come to dealership to pick it up.she then called back to say someone else came in so they sold them the vehicle .avoid autowold kia at all costs

Instead of telling me on the first call the car wasn’t unavailable. They waiting for my 4th call to tell me. I also asked for pictures 4 times they said they will be sending them and never.

This car dealership is HORRIBLE. Avoid at all costs. Not only did they advertise this car as having features that it did not include, they marked it up by $8,000 upon our arrival despite assuring us on the phone ans over email

Only leaving 1 star because I have to. They have cars listed that they're not actually selling. And when I called to enquire they were extremely rude and unprofessional. The salesman basically said that they didn't care if he got my business cause the cars would just be selling themselves. Then they said they would follow up regarding the car I wanted, which they didn't for almost a month. Only to try and pull a bait and switch on me, and have me drive over 4 hours. Very very disappointed.

Easy experience I sent them an email and I was contacted the next morning. They had the vehicle ready to test drive upon my arrival. Everything was good as described on the vehicle, the only thing was an issue with the tail light so I couldn’t take it home that day I had to wait until it was properly fixed. I was happy overall with my purchase the only thing was that I had some food left in the vehicle which wasn’t a good look.

Provided the info I needed but I did not purchase.

Tried to make a deal to buy a car and they would hold the 1 year old car for 3 days until the weekend, even when I offered a nonrefundable deposit. Thanks just bad business. I had to travel 4 hours to go get it, and I work construction so the only free time I had to get it was the weekend
