They make you go and then change the price, do not trust these people, I do not know how are they in business, make me drive 40 minutes and then they want double what they advertise, I confirm before drive there and they say is try the price but when I arrived they ask a different one like $7500, beware of this people.

The dealer didn't answer the phone and didn't return my calls for a few days. I had to request the carfax report a few times before receiving it. Not very responsive.

I reached out to them via Car Gurus and they responded back promptly. Ended up driving over an hour away to see the car, ended up buying! They’re great! Very willing to work with you and do whatever they need to do to make sure everything is done properly, and to satisfaction.

Got a sold notice but it's still on Cargurus. After I got text notice that vehicle sold . Thank you

Professional and walked me through any concetns aboit the car

It was a long drive, but worth it. Very professional and went the extra mile to get all paperwork for my insurance sent to my credit union. I bought the Buick and couldn't be happier with the entire experience, with the exception of some more money for my trade in (but who doesn't want more money! LOL). I would recommend them.

Nice salesperson but actual price was over $15,000 more than what they listed on car gurus. Disappointing. Just list the real price please.

I made an appointment to see a car, while I was confirming the appointment the sales person Alex realized that the car was no longer available and contact me immediately to make sure that I did not drive there for no reason. I greatly appreciate his honesty.

This is a terrible dealership to deal with. Dealing with Pride Favors was a nightmare. I spoke to him and told him to send me a contract for my review on a car I was interested in. After numerous emails, voice messages, and texts inquiring when will the contract come, still no reply from Pride. I had to use a different phone number to get him to talk to me, finding out that the car was already sold. This dealership deserves no stars.

Had an issue with the company, that was promptly taken care of by Dana, the owner personally. This is what is right about the used auto business. I appreciate the follow-up and the eagerness to make it right for the customer.
