After a lot of online study and shopping, my wife and I were ready to buy. I got a loan approval from my credit union, so we were ready to pay cash. We had selected a specific model Volvo which, because of our preferences, turned out to be a bit of a rare bird. But there it was on CarGurus at Niello Volvo Cars, 400+ miles away. With some trepidation, I made the inquiry online. I was contacted the next morning, and the purchase process started. The salesperson and other staff were always in good communication for any concern I had. Eight days later the car was delivered to my house and in my driveway. I wouldn’t have guessed I’d buy a car online, but it went smoothly to success with a minimum of stress.

I’ll never deal with those lying people again! They told me the truck was excellent, no problems, no one had purchased it because it didn’t have a sunroof, I drove 104 miles to the dealership to maybe purchase even though the mileage was a little higher than I wanted. When I got in the truck the leather was delaminating from the dashboard very badly, the service manager said he would have the service department check it out and call me later that afternoon. I checked the internet and found out all the 2019 & 2020 Ram Limited trucks had that problem and Chrysler wasn’t doing anything about it. Oh and the manager never called me back that day. Totally unprofessional !!!!!!!
