The salesman Rava, was very professional,and honestly, we were treated respectfully, the process, from the time I stepped on the lot,to driving out with my new car, was reasonably, fast, it was just roughly just under a hour and a half, I'd recommend or send anyone to Brunswick Auto

The salesman, Ronald, was very helpful, professional and friendly. The sales manager, Igor, was a bit off putting. They presented a vehicle that smelled like an ashtray. I almost left when I opened the door. The sales manager tried to provide misinformation about just acquiring vehicle and no time to clean car. But car fax showed vehicle was purchased by dealership more than a month ago. They valued my trade extremely low $214. It was insulting. I drove 95 miles for a disappointing experience.

Extremely satisfied with my new car! The dealership had the car at the door and SPOTLESS the moment I arrived for a test drive. Mitchell, my salesmen, was outstanding! His vast knowledge, expertise and friendliness made for a seamless buying experience. Even after the sale-he continues to be helpful and answer my questions. He is both professional and personable! I highly recommend you ask for him!!!

Amazing staff and customer service. First time in 20 plus years where I didn't feel ripped off; was treated like a customer vs a dollar sign.
