Wayne was kind and helpful! Did not end up moving forward with the vehicle I was interested in, but it was a pleasant experience.

It felt like borderline harassment the way they kept contacting me all week about the SUV I was interested in buying. Then they were trying to sale me an SUV that wasn't even on the lot. I kept asking for pictures but was told the SUV was still in transit. But the whole week though? Not cool at all. I wasn't not going to buy anything I can't see.

Jim was the best.

The salesman was very helpful. I think they should not add dealer installed optional until they are agreed on by the customer.

Worst experience of our life dealing with the manager. Car was listed in SC. We called them. Resized it was in Atlanta so decided to drive there. We are Sequoia family so were pretty sure will buy it. Maybe negotiate a few thousand down. Girl showing us the car was nice. Manager came. He saw all family came to get the car from 100 miles. He jacked up the price by 2000. Tried to talk but he was firm so walked out. He even mentioned that you came so far. I told him we just decided to go for dinner in Atlanta. Not sure how someone can be a manager with that negative attitude.
