I got about 10 robotic emails asking me if I had had my questions answered (I had not) and to confirm my scheduled appointment (I didn’t schedule an appointment) after asking for some photos of the interior of the car. After a week I got an email from a human saying they could text me some photos if I would give them my phone number. Not impressed.
