Returned my call and was very helpful

After speaking to a seemingly clueless individual about coming to see a car, I decided to chat with someone via the computer to verify the car was available, I also scheduled an VIP appointment to see the car. After arriving at the dealer and waiting about 15 minutes I was informed the car was sold. I'm sure I'm not the first person this has happen to, needles to say I was not very happy since I took me over an hour and a half in traffic to get to the dealer. The manager was unapologetic, I would not recommend this dealership.

They contacted me the day before my appointment no less than three times to say they were happy to see me tomorrow and looking forward to that, etc. and then the next day I get there and they told me the car was sold. It wasn’t very close to my house, I had to use the car that wasn’t safe because that’s why I’m buying another car and I got there on time and then I was sold that. I could’ve used the phone call very perfunctory, apologies and then wanting to show me other cars I could not recognize that I was upset .
