Received an email when I first inquired about a car I was interested in. Repeatedly tried to set up a time responding to the email. Got the same canned email every time I replied to the email about a time I could come see a car. Terrible customer service.

Zack texted us right away; they were closed at the moment due to a power outage, but we visited the next day. He took lots of time to help us understand the car, and he guided us on a wonderful long test drive through ice and snow, and he's answered all of our (many) questions since. He truly loves cars, and loves selling cars, in the sense of doing all the necessary research to help his clients find the right car. And we bought the car! We then worked with Nathan, post-purchase, to get signed up with MySubaru and to go through the tech features more thoroughly; Nathan was also fantastic.
