Best customer service ever. I came in as a new customer left out as a new cousin. Hands down the best dealership in Matteson. I HIGHLY recommend Aaron and Dennis. Literally made this happen with their faith and perseverance. We family for life!

Typical….Wasn’t the best experience, wasn’t the worst. They did put an up charge on the vehicle ( unnecessary Etching fee) that raised the price of the total cost that I didn’t catch until it was too late unfortunately. If it wasn’t for that I would have rated them higher.

Berman Subaru helped me purchase the vehicle of my choice and they were vet insightful and transparent through the process I enjoyed the buying experience there.

Everyone was very helpful. They answered all of my questions in a timely manner and made the experience as pleasant as possible.

I asked for pictures and I was sent pictures of a different vehicle. Then it was sold. Terrible customer service
