RAM dealerships near me (Jacksonville, FL)

The purchase process was completed remotely (I never saw the vehicle first- hand). I asked the Internet sales manager if there was anything significant about the vehicle that I should know. He said there was nothing. I purchased the vehicle and it was delivered to my home. The dealer representative who delivered the vehicle handed me 1 key Fob. I asked an out any other keys…he said there was only 1. The following morning I realized the Master key that fits the locking lug nuts also was not with the vehicle. Only 1 key fob and no master key for locking lug nuts. I contacted the Customer Relations representative and requested assistance obtaining the missing items. The representative said she would check with management to she what they could/would do to help me. I have not been contacted in 5 days. And there has been no further responses to my emails. I was hoping the dealer would provide a dealer discount on the purchase and programming of an additional (2nd) key Fob. Waitin

The salespeople were great. Dealer add-ons were deal breakers.

They started their trade negotiation low ball, then came up thousands to within $500 of the trade I told them would make the deal; then they let me walk out over $500, but later could not sell the car and had to reduce the price $1,500. Seems like there was some confusion about how math works!

The sales man John Duford is a liar. Never explained why he was not able to make any of the advertised deals. The lease offer was twice what the internet was. No explanation. Keeps sending me emails with misleading details. When questioned he never answers then sends a new email a week later hoping you forgot how he treated you.
