Good. We were able to identify 3 different vehicles that fit our needs and we bought 2 of them.

Great communication at first, but after setting an appointment to drive the 2 hours to buy, they replied and said they had “pre-sold” the vehicle and accidentally never knew or told me. They apologized, but this soured my experience. After seeing another vehicle there a few days later and reaching out, a salesperson never got in touch with me.

The dealer was amazing, the agent who contacted me, was phenomenal and worked hard to find what I wanted. Unfortunately, they just didn’t have it in stock. The car sales been assigned to me did an amazing job. I would happily go to them again with any car needs.

I’ll never deal with those lying people again! They told me the truck was excellent, no problems, no one had purchased it because it didn’t have a sunroof, I drove 104 miles to the dealership to maybe purchase even though the mileage was a little higher than I wanted. When I got in the truck the leather was delaminating from the dashboard very badly, the service manager said he would have the service department check it out and call me later that afternoon. I checked the internet and found out all the 2019 & 2020 Ram Limited trucks had that problem and Chrysler wasn’t doing anything about it. Oh and the manager never called me back that day. Totally unprofessional !!!!!!!
