Fantastic, deal just didn’t work

From start to finish, my experience here was amazing! I was welcomed immediately and everyone was so friendly! Aaron was my salesman, but all of the salespeople are more than able to take care of you. I’m telling EVERYONE about Bommarito!

Never got to test drive the vehicle but they drove mines which has 40000 less miles than the one I wanted. Trade in and down payment was not good enough with my pre-approved letter, looked at me like I was not capable of purchasing the car. I had to go outside call them and inquire about the car before anyone noticed me.

Smooth experience from start of communication on CarGurus to the purchase of the car . No extra charges to deal with , no high pressure . Would purchase a car from here again and I drove 2.5 hours one way to do it.

Horrible sales team. Priced truck to me on phone after I told him no trade in and going to buy out right. Drove 2 hours only to have him jack the price up 2000 because he says since no trade in or financing he doesn’t get the incentive. Rude and refused to let me speak to a manager. We ended up buying a truck at a much more people friendly dealer. This guy was arrogant and obviously could care less if he sold the truck. Told us well it will sell we can’t keep them on the lot. Worst sales person I’ve ever met. .
